Kim Dokja slept early (8pm) for the first time since he entered college! he was severely lacking sleep since it was midterms week and finally friday was the last day, so that means? SLEEP! He thanks every being for not giving him another exam on Monday. oh how happy he was that night, thankful to the world to be woken up at 12 am because of a damned phone call from his friend Han Sooyoung!
"Hey Rat! It's my birthday today! You need not to worship me too much today, no need to offer your depleting life savings, you just need to greet me, your queen, a proper happy birthday!" Said the personification of menace in the cheeriest voice.
"Great for you then. And just so you know... it's midnight goddamn it!" Dokja said in a sarcastic voice.
"Since when do you sleep before midnight huh you squid?!"
"Uh... let me think… SINCE TODAY?! Let me sleep! I might even throw a party for you if you do so!"
"Then no backies! keep your words you rat!"
With that; the phone call ended, Dokja looked at the time, then his eyes focused on what day it is today, 'Was that a prank call?!' He sighs to himself and tosses his phone on the bed and lays next to it to sleep again.
8AM
The moment Dokja wakes up and freshens himself up he thought he made the most elaborate April Fools prank in his life to prepare a party for that witch's self proclaimed birthday! so he start making phone calls:
"Yoo Joonghyuk, come and help me grab things to cook for a birthday party. hm? yes just at the dorm shared lounge"

"Yes Sang ah please help me grab some banners for Sooyoung's birthday party?"
.
.
"Please help me invite everyone for the party tonight Uriel"
.
.
"Hyunsung, oh? Heewon is with you? Hi Heewon! that makes things easier then can you please come over? I am decorating... yes yes, for Sooyoung's party"
Dokja finds it a bit odd that no one questions the party for Sooyoung on the first of April but that saves him time from explaining.
What shocked him was that they even brought some gifts as if they prepared for it, but that just made the whole prank more elaborate so he just went along with it.

While Joonghyuk cooks the dishes, Dokja together with their juniors Gilyoung, Yoosung and Jihye are trying to bake the cake, Donghoon and Namwoon are with Uriel inviting people and the rest are decorating the place, Sangah after brining the banner in left to distract her girlfriend.
Everything is going so well… it's a bit unnerving, like he was doing something wrong but everything feels right too, was asking everyone's help for a prank just wasting their well deserved Saturday? well no one complained so it should be fine right?

"Ah Hyung! we will just finish the icings you can go and check with others!"
"He is right Ahjussi, maybe Joonghyuk needs some taste testing there or Heewon needs help"
and with that they kicked him out of the baking team, he goes to Joonghyuk who proceeds to kick him out of the kitchen.
After being kicked out of the kitchen he decided to bother those who are in charge of decorations, he entered the living room lounge to see Hyunsung who is currently putting and sticking some balloons in the ceiling, Heewon who is pumping some air on those balloons.
"Heewon-ei! They kicked me out of the kitcheeen! they are so mean!" Dokja pouts as he walks towards Hyunsung to pick up the balloon that fell from his hold.
"Maybe because they are almost done there! Have you got something for Sooyoung-ei?" Heewon asked as she tied the last balloon.
"no? I will host the party. It'll be fine" he wasn't sure why they ask to prepare a gift when this is only a prank but he just shrugs and helps them.

Sangah and Sooyoung are watching a movie, they had ice cream before deciding to go and watch the movie, this entire date wasn't planned but Sooyoung isn't complaining, to spend time with her girlfriend is always accepted! it's just a bonus that it's her birthday!
"The movie was nice, shall we grab something to eat?"
"I prefer to cook for you today! How about we head back to the dorm?"
"Oh birthdays are the best! My Sangah is extra kind today!"
they soon proceed to drive back to the university,
"You know it's funny how everyone thought I was joking when I tell them it's my birthday on its exact date, like they thought it's a sort of lie or some" Sooyoung said giggling to herself remembering Dokja's reaction from the call last night.
"You do that to everyone."
"It's fun so see their reactions!" sooyoung reasons, then to prove her point she starts telling what happened earlier that day;
"My beloved juniors at the literary club were like 'that's not a great prank seonbae' and I couldn't help chuckling! that's not until Hayoung told them it is really my birthday that they started greeting me!" Sooyoung chuckles loudly.

Sangah let Sooyoung get down first in front of the dorm building before looking for a parking spot.
Sooyoung on the other hand was welcomed by Lee Seolhwa so wordlessly put a cloth to cover her eyes.
"You know this is a dead give away that there is a surprise, yes?"
"am just doing what ask Sooyoung-ssi"
Sangah catched up to them before the two beautiful lady guide the birthday girl inside, when the blindfold was removed confetti flew all over the place and they greet her happy birthday, the blind fold made it A Bit anticlimactic but she isn't complaining. everyone starts singing the overrated happy birthday song and brings the cake with a candle in front for her to blow, which she gladly did, only then did Kim Dokja shouted after "April fools you witch" and smearing some icing on her face.
"You idiot! it's really my birthday!"
"What- for real?!"
"What?! don't tell me you set this all up as a prank?!"
