Summary:

SIM!Tony has plans on keeping Stephen in his universe for much longer.

Sequel to Ersatz
slight Multiverse of Madness spoilers

Notes:

Guess who's back with upcoming angst?!

Damn it's almost 3 years since I wrote Ersatz...

BTW go take a look at Silverleaf's artwork. Seeing that comic of SIM!Tony with Stephen brought back some fun memories.

Has mentions from multiverse of madness. Nope, didn't see it. Have no plans on seeing it in theaters, and from reviews it was exactly what I thought it would be. Stephen being shunted in the back of his own damn movie. Poor bastard can't get a break.

Oh, this is entirely in SIM!Tony's POV. What we call wrong, he calls it an opportunity. DO NOT DO WHAT HE DID!

(See the end of the work for more notes.)

Work Text:

Tony Stark is by no means a patient man. What Tony Stark wants, Tony Stark gets. And since that delicious looking Strange from another universe wanted to clap his irresistible cheeks. Well…it’d be a shame not to ride that fine magic wand he’s been hiding under those robes.

It’s so nice to lie down and still be in charge while getting railed every night. At least his hypothesis was right, that uptight stick in the mud Strange is an absolute freak in the sheets based off of this sad Stephen pounding him like no tomorrow.

He has to thank the weaker Stark for giving him such a fantastic toy to play with. Maybe he should send flowers to his widow and kid…nah too cliché. Basket full of fancy pastries and chocolate, have to be the more awesome Tony. Honestly, trying to be healthy in a limited human body seems to be so inefficient.

Speaking of which, that little pet project of his is coming along nicely.

Based on his projections, someone from Stephen’s universe will try to get him back within 2 years. If anyone thinks all he doing in those two years is collecting Stephen’s genetic samples, he should send them to a re-education center. He still giggles at the thought of what happened to those who betrayed him.

His satellites picked up some interesting footage from Stephen’s universe. Honestly, Tony Stark has no reason go visit some backward universe unless he’s 100% sure he can conquer it without triggering an incursion. He’s pretty sure universe 838 will collapse soon with the so-called “Illuminati” having Reed Richards in charge.

But back onto the main topic of his special project.

He has to thank Wanda Maximoff for giving him the idea.

Both Stranges became doctors because of their sister; both of them weren’t the type of settle down and have kids. But both of them will take responsibility for everything due to their bleeding heart. However, the key difference between the two is that the one he’s riding; actually wants a kid. Specifically, one with Tony Stark. Thanks to seeing that cute as a button Morgan Stark.

Since Wanda Maximoff could magic her own kids to play house in her delusional world. Tony Stark can make it a reality with actual science. The best thing is that he’s not forcing anyone into anything. All he did was to give Stephen a reason to stay…

A few tweaks with Extremis and Tony Stark can be the first to proudly say he would be the first pregnant man. Would have been better if he didn’t have to carry a watermelon sized human in his stomach, but he’s not going to give Stephen any reason to leave. Oh, snooping into Stephen’s dreams with his little prototype dream catcher might be a slight invasion of privacy but what Stephen doesn’t know won’t hurt him.

Some minor modifications in the combined gene pool and Tony Stark will give birth to one beautiful healthy baby. After all, his baby only deserves the best. Tony Stark does not make ugly babies, and his baby won’t have to suffer being short. Not to mention his baby can be the bridge between the two universes and avoid any pesky incursions.

A baby girl sounds nice, not sure about her first name yet but her middle name should be Donna. He’ll have to ask Stephen what he thinks.

All he needs is some more of Stephen’s loving genes, which Stephen will happily provide…

Notes:

Yes, SIM!Tony is going to baby trap Stephen into staying.

Because one: it works

two: why not

three: invites a nicely angsty sequel involving stabbing Stephen in the heart with many, many, many feels of despair and slowly spiraling down to insanity.

And because Stephen is a good writing punching bag for now...
