Summary
“I don’t need to talk to the police, I need to- Seteth and Flayn.”
“Seteth and Flayn?” Byleth repeats.
“Seteth and Flayn?” a sluggish voice behind the two of them echoes. “Whe-where are they?” A man scrambles up, who looks uncannily similar to Bilet. Bilet seems to notice this too, because their eyes wide and their jaw drops into a small ‘o’. The two turn away from each other, and Byleth feels as if she’s arrived at the wrong time.
A heavy silence falls over the three.

Beleth is lost, Bilet is alone, and Byleth just wants to finish her university course so she can have a nice and easy summer break with her girlfriend and friends.
Of course, that doesn’t happen. Quite the opposite, in fact.
When two worlds collide in the most unfortunate circumstances, the three are forced to come together to solve a mystery concealed by time, and who knows? Maybe this time, along the way, they also learn to heal.
(aka. a reincarnation-modern AU, in which the Byleth from the Azure Moon universe appears in the post war by almost a millennium Crimson Flower universe.)
