LT Hess [TK-2110] is an officer of singular quality and my command would not be the same without him. It can unequivocally be said that his promotion to the next grade would have a drastic effect on the Imperial military.
EXEMPLARY PERFORMANCE. LT Hess makes a major impact on readiness that is felt throughout his unit and beyond by displaying outstanding consistency in carrying out tasks exactly as he sees fit to carry them out. He especially excels under direct supervision or at anything accomplished at the individual level. It is impossible to rank his performance out of all my junior officers, as multiple people not assigned to his unit rank above him in supporting his unit's success more than he does.
TACTICALLY EFFICIENT. LT Hess sped through his training programs at a record pace, creating time for him to do valuable work aggressively furthering civ-mil relations at all entertainment establishments within 10 km of the base. Through keen prioritization, LT Hess was able to do double the work he was asked to and only half of what he was responsible for, allowing him to earn his basic qualifications a mere two and a half months behind the rest of his peer group.
STRIKING LEADERSHIP. Even in his absence, his example carries on. When LT Hess was temporarily transferred to Chommel Sector Support Activities for limited duty, morale at his home unit soared to historic levels. His return inspired 6 individuals to boldly charge into new career fields completely outside the military, foregoing reenlistment thanks to their new-found confidence that they really could accomplish their dreams if LT Hess was able to accomplish his and become an Imperial officer.
PERSONIFIES IMPERIAL STRENGTH. LT Hess is frequently sober, and the days leading up to the 15th Hyperspace Communications Squadron moving to a new building were no exception. He successfully packed away heavy equipment of a weight commensurate with his PRT scores, and used his unwavering dedication to physical fitness to routinely motivate others by reminding them that he attended PAS (Purgetrooper Assessment and Selection.) (Officer verbally submitted a DOR 24 hours into the 24 week program.) Via superior upper body strength, LT Hess also preemptively prevented an increase in injury rates and avoided incurring platform damage potentially in excess of 10,000 credits by damaging the piloting controls on two vehicles, preventing them from being driven and thus negating the possibility of them getting into accidents.
I recommend LT Hess without reservation for IMMEDIATE transfer to the reserves.
