Note that some characters have been mentioned but I don’t have headcanons for them just yet, like Ruby, Synis and Reddy. They will get their own hcs in the future.
Anna stared at all the text floating around her, discerning what they meant. Profiles of characters, still forming. The largest of these would be four young people who weren’t even trainers… yet. She already foresaw a calamity, but what would these people have to do with it. But all she did was think. She did not want to try to change fate for the worse..
Gingerbrave(Bev)
- The main character of our story. What did you expect?
- Actually very very brave
- Doesn’t know tact
- Actually quite intelligent, but he doesn’t really know something called defense
- Actually super cuddly, despite not being fat
- Forms extremely strong bonds with his Pokémon
- Prefers to fight with his Pokémon to train them.

Gingerbright(Rita)
- Gender counterpart to main character doubling as friendly rival. Again, what did you expect?
- The only one here with a single brain cell.
- The smartest one of the group, also likes reading.
- Not all that excited to go on the gym challenge, but her friends are…
- Big eater. I wonder how she stays so thin

Strawberry(Rosalyn)
- I can insert 3 friends because I can.
- Shy girl that sets out on a journey to find a reason for life
- Addicted to lollipops for some reason
- Don’t even ask. About anything. She’ll just clam up and not talk to you.
- Friends with Karashi and was the one to request starter Pokémon for the four. Actually, Karashi was the one who requested it from her grandmother, Professor Wasabi, but she pretends like Rosalyn did it
- Has white hair on the inside of her hood, but she finds it embarrassing.

Skater(Chad)
- Funny meme guy, ha ha
- Likes to skate around everywhere. Also hyperactive in general
- Keeps getting in trouble, but he doesn’t mind. The others do, though
- What is under his big big hat? A lot of items. Hair might not be one of them, but ask Ruby. She might know.
- Addicted to his phone when not skating or hanging out with Ruby(But not Bev, Rita or Rosalyn)

The four Cookies above will be referred to me as the Four
Mustard(Karashi Wasabi)
- Acts as an assistant to her grandmother, Professor Wasabi.
- Was the one to convince Prof. W to give starter Pokémon to the Four
- Rebel girl who just wants to go out on an adventure but has to stay to clean tha lab. Prof. W allows her to go, but she doesn’t anyways because Prof. W isn’t very responsible.
- Despite liking getting messy, she is very meticulous about cleaning her Yamper to the very extreme.
- Has a soft spot for Rosalyn. They met at a concert somewhere.

Dr. Wasabi(Professor Wasabi)
- The regional professor of the Iudi region. Studies the DNA of Pokémon, including regional variants.
- Wants to find and catch Mew. Cannot do that.
- Don’t eat anything she gives you.
- Not a responsible adult, all I can say.
- Likes using dumb gags like “Are you a boy or a girl?” Karashi accuses her of being uncreative and copying Professor Oak

Blackberry(Noire)
- The Ghost gym leader, and also Adam’s maid. Huh. He must not come back often.
- Can reportedly see, interact with and command ghosts
- Apparently has adopted a ghost girl as a daughter
- Totally not(Romantically) related to Adam at all. Like, just no.
- It’s actually really complex. Don’t ask.
- Walks around with a candle that looks suspiciously like a Litwick. She has a Litwick.

Adventurer(Adam)
- An adventurer and Champion of Iudi, but not the standing Champion. He entered the Hall of Fame two years ago.
- Even less responsible than Professor Wasabi. No wonder they are friends.
- Noire just wants him to come home.
- A bit of a playboy. Huh.
- Not very smart in the head. He’s an adventurer, after all.

Herb(Herb)
- The grass type gym leader.
- Likes all grass types, even the carnivorous one that try to eat everyone around him.
- Not like he cares, though. About anything, infact.
- Kinda suspicious...

Lemon(Raiden)
- The electric gym leader of Cedargrove City. Appears to have electric powers and stuff like that.
- Has a Silvally, don’t ask me how he got it. He doesn’t show it in public or use it in battles.
- Best friends with Anis and also one of the only people that can calm him down.
- Loves listening to music. Also either Valencia or DJ Rainbow.
- A genius in all things science.
- Who made him? Aloe?
- Pokémon at the start of the story: Silvally, Toxel, Manectric, Luxio, Magnezone, Rotom, Toxtricity, Boltund
- Age: 22

Orange(Valencia)
- Strongest Gym Trainer and second-in command of the Cedargrove City gym
- Dating Kaffy. Actually likes Anis but likes Kaffy better.
- Best friends with Anis and Raiden and can calm them down.
- Tennis player.
- Pokémon at start of story: Emolga, Electrode, Zebstrika, Wigglytuff, Raichu, Dodrio, Boltund
- Age: 22
- Birthday: July 12
Cy-liq(An OC owned by me)(Anis Myrtle)(There will be others. Not all of them will be mine)
- Of course I would put him in. What did you expect?
- The standing Champion of the Iudi Region, been so for the last 6 years
- Was altered and trained by Anna to have extremely powerful psychic abilities. He was created to “protect the region”.
- Luc is his older brother, and a failed version of him.
- This is taking a toll on his mental health, however.
- Mental. Just Mental.
- Called the “Dreambreaker” for his ruthless tactics and attitude.
- He’s actually holding back. Both in Pokémon and in battle.
- Has the ability to turn away the paparazzi.
- In love with Valencia, and hates Kaffy, probably because they’re dating. He doesn’t even extend his paparazzi protection to her.
- Met Valencia when they were stargazing. Val and a group of Carbink was attacked by a group of Sableye and he saved them. Also caught a Carbink and Gabite that time.
- Friends with Diancie and her Carbink colony. Defends them too….
- His starter Pokémon was Reuniclus, but it died in his battle to become the standing Champion.
- He discovered the fact that one can mega evolve multiple times in one battle with enough keystones.

Lime(Kaffy)
- A Champion of Iudi, entered the Hall of Fame two years ago
- Dating Valencia and extremely jealous of people that she associates with
- Has a rivalry with Anis, but he always sweeps the floor with her. Actually, one time he didn’t show up and it was still a 6-0.
- Gets a lot of unwanted attention due to her… assets. Also the fact that she wears a bikini everywhere.
- Midget, and extremely conscious of her height.

Mocha Ray(Mylio)
- Water gym leader of New Sugateara
- Spends her spare time trying to find a certain special someone. Of course, he’s missing.
- Has some history with Old Sugateara.
- Pokémon at start of story: Lanturn, Jellicent, Crawdaunt, Mantine, Octillery, Dragalge,
- Age: Who knows?
- Birthday: Who knows?
General Jujube(General Zang)
- Fighting gym leader of
- Has a daughter, Peach, but no one knows who the mother is.
- Crack tactician. Was a former Standing Champion in his prime, but now content with being a gym leader.
- The “General” is not honorary. He actually was a general, before deciding to do the gym challenge because he wanted to challenge himself.
- Has tamed a Spectrier.
- Pokémon at start of story: Lucario, Medicham, Infernape, Spectrier, Gallade, Hariyama, Falinks, Staraptor
- Age: 45
Melon Bun(Mellie)
- Ground type Gym Leader of Cheddar Town.
- Miner at the Cheddar Mines. Mostly retired now, but still mines from time to time, apart from acting as a tour guide.
- Concerned about where her father went. Wants to go deeper and deeper.
- Excellent sense of navigation, at least when below ground.
- Pokémon at the start of the story: Dugtrio, Rhyperior, Regional Arbok, Excadrill, Gigalith, Carbink, Golurk

Mala Sauce(Huajiao)
- Fire type Gym leader of Mala town
- Eldest daughter of
- No I have not finished her yet, but I have to put the 8 Major league Gym leaders down.
- Pokémon at the start of story: Magmortar, Houndoom, Turtonator, Heatmor, Blaziken, Infernape, Flygon
Blueberry Pie(Anna Myrtle)
- Psychic Type Gym Leader of the City of Wizards
- An extremely powerful psychic in her own right, and has a lot of knowledge from reading the books in the Archives.
- Current Librarian of the Archives.
- May or may not be secretly immortal.
- Has a lot to do with the Legendaries, but I don’t know what to do with them yet.
- Pokémon at the start of the story: Sigilyph, Lunatone, Reuniclus, Gothitelle, Alakazam, Regional Flapple, Slowking, Musharna, Orbeetle, Who knows what else?
White Choco(Blanche)
- Champion and former Standing Champion of Iudi
- A fencer. Regular competitor with Reddy for Synis’ affection.
- Extremely competitive and will fight with the slightest provocation, or because they entered her line of sight. Human or Pokémon. Doesn’t even correspond to whether she uses her sword or her Pokémon
- Hates the elite and the noble families like House Raspberry, Madeleine and Myrtle. Only restrained due to Anis’
- Pokémon at the start of the story: Celebi, Klefki, Aegislash, Gallade, Corviknight, Manaphy
Rose(Synis Rhodes)
Just a regular Tango dancer, as far as I’m aware.
Object of Blanche’s and Reddy’s affections.
Protected by her four dancers. Unknown reason why.

Raspberry(Ida Raspberry)
Reddy’s little sister and member of House Raspberry
Has already completed the league challenge, but failed to defeat the Elite Four.
Working in some form for Anis. For the money. But Anna has other ideas…
