And then Ilya’s eyes widened.

Ilya lifted his arms again and stood up. He didn’t get far before Mike pushed him back down. The steady calm Ilya had only moments before evaporated. He started pointing at himself, then at the bed, then at Shane, then at himself again, yelling in quick, sleek Russian. Shane saw red in Ilya’s face and tears sneaking in between Ilya’s eyelashes...
