this is a liminal space borne of the coconut. it exists outside of every type of canon (ie only vibes, names, and elements of location are taken, and are held to no standard of accuracy) (also i wrote this when i was seventeen years old so like. heads up)

Summary
Gordon hates Benrey. Mostly because he's an asshole who seems to make a point of antagonizing him, but also he won't die. Won't even pretend like he's human.
Benrey, much as he denies it, wants Gordon to like him- and so he starts to pretend like he's human. The next time he's shot, it works like it should. Nothing goes quite as planned.

Summary
(Webseries era, temporarily-blinded Matt goads angry shitfaced blueballs’d Jay into beating the pulp out of him, which of course turns into dry humping.)
There exists a sanctified space of equilibrium where Jay teeters on the borderline between affectionate-drunk and angry-drunk. Matt has learned to recognize it over the last few years, and they’re mired deep in it right now.
“Why can’t you just find a good girl? A nice, sweet girl?” Matt’s tone is kind and level. He’s channeling his mom; these are the kinds of questions she’s asked him six hundred times.
“That was a good girl.” Jay’s voice drops to a new low, weighed down with implications. Matt’s stomach churns – and not from the Hawaiian pizza earlier.

Summary
(Webseries era; an irritated and inquisitive Jay decides to finally exercise the authority he’s always known he has over Matt. He kicks him around on the floor a bit and Matt cums in his pants. The end.)
Matt did well with instruction back then, not just dares and challenges. He was a surprisingly good student. Jay always copied off of him. But when they tossed their caps up on graduation day and no roadmap fell back down into their hands, both stagnated. Matt’s world stayed small, but it was all he needed. Now they were like two fleas running laps on the head of a pin, forever and a day, but would either of them really have it any other way?
Jay dissolves his miserable daydream with a shake of his head, longing to return to his work at the piano keys. But there’s Matt, on his knees, in seeming supplication for another command.

Summary
“Are you jealous?”
Matt glanced up at his face, once. His gaze was dismissive, eyes narrowed and suspicious. The bathroom was dirty and pasted with graffiti.
“Yeah, Bird,” he said, dryly. “I’m jealous.”
And then his hand slipped into Jay's pants.

Summary
In truth, Ianthe wishes she could say that she never envies those that her sister lavishes with attention, but that would be a lie. The guests watching her is one thing, but Corona giving herself to others is another. Witnessing the way Corona acts for the rest of the night has Ianthe itching to hurt somebody; sadly, even she understands the necessity of standing on decorum at an event such as this. She can take out her frustrations tomorrow during training. Or tonight, in the bedroom.
