“I married Padmé” Anakin says, sounding proud, and Obi-Wan stared in shock as Anakin bounced in his chair.
“I married Padmé,” Anakin repeats, as if Obi-Wan hadn’t heard the first time. “And she’s wonderful!! She’s so amazing, and kind and nice and I love her so much, and..”
Anakin was going on and on about his new wife and Obi-Wan is still in shock.
____AKA The War is done, Palps dies offscreen somewhere, killed by Anakin and the Republic's at peace again. Anakin decides that now is the perfect time to tell Obi-Wan that he married Padmé. It... doesn't really go all that well.

Summary
