Her chest isn’t quite flat, and she’s got hips if those puffy little pants are telling the truth, but she’s skinny, built almost entirely out of a fighter’s sinew and muscle. Tyranny’s a really bad age-guesser, because she’s six months old here and keeps forgetting that everyone else is a real person and not some manifestation of a primal principle, but—she still looks pretty young, but not at all like a child. “You don’t now,” she tells her.
Thimble only began to age once the doors to Faerie closed. Tyranny was never a little girl.

Or, Shane and Ilya believe that they have done a good job keeping their relationship a secret. They forgot about some key people: a group of perceptive, extremely foulmouthed, and surprisingly wholesome MLH linesmen who have witnessed their flirtatious faceoff interactions.
