There, bathed in red, lay Leon Scott Kennedy. He wasn't fucking kidding; in that pod was Leon himself. He spun round and looked at the other two pods, and found the same result, Leon goddamn Kennedy. He felt sick, his hand finding its way to his stomach, his other steadying himself on the nearest surface. It felt like he was drowning, his vision blurring, hearing fuzzy. He staggered towards the first pod he looked in, his arm stretching towards it.
Leon - the original Leon - pressed his hand against the glass, making his vision focus to take in exactly what he was looking at. The other Leon looked at peace, eyes closed, body relaxed, suspended in place by multiple harnesses. He was wearing that godforsaken jacket he wore in Spain, and he ached to brush the fur that lined it. It was a perfect replication of the outfit he wore in Spain, actually, down to the tightness of the shirt and gun harness attached to his hip. He hadn't changed that much.
