Cobb winks, stealing a kiss from his lips before working on getting Din out of his flight suit.

Din's laugh is low and throaty. Cobb's stomach flips, and his heart races, beating against his rib cage so hard it rattles and aches. Like experiencing hyperdrive for the first time, feeling out-of-body, hurtling forward, streaks of blinding light that leave him star-addled and breathless, Cobb finds himself falling in love all over again.

Summary
Waste not, the Armorer told Din as he set out on his first hunt. She only told him once, but then, he only needed to be told once. Her stern voice carved itself deep into his mind, echoing whenever he found himself needing the reminder.
Waste not, as Marshal Cobb Vanth slings an invitation his way to stay the night.
Vanth opens his mouth to speak, takes a breath, then shuts up again. A muscle near the hinge of his jaw twitches as he pushes out, “Feel like there’s an unspoken expectation of how this night is gonna go.”
“If you don’t want—”
“I want to,” Cobb blurts out, a little frustrated. “I want it.”
“But?”
Before answering, Cobb ducks his chin down, huffing at himself; even through the beskar, Din feels the self-deprecating bite of it. “Might need a little… guidance, is all.”
