Summary
This takes place about 5 years after part 1.
Will is starting high school, and it’s his first time at public school since he was younger. He’s always had an interpreter or bee around other kids and teachers who knew ASL. Now he has a tablet to communicate for the rare nonverbal days.
His first day is really bad before it gets really good. Will is so excited to finally make some friends. Public school might not be so bad!
Of course, public school and new friendships come with some added ups and downs. It’s all very new to Will, and Lee and Luke have a new set of challenges as his parents. Unexpectedly, Will making new friends becomes a huge blessing to Lee and Luke, too. Will’s friends come with a group of really incredible parent friends. Lee, Luke, and Will’s support system grows beyond anything they could have hoped for.

Apollo was having a perfectly good morning- right up until he vomited down the side of the sun chariot. Which was incredibly strange, if you asked him, because gods simply do not get sick.
As if that weren’t strange enough, an unintended meet-up with Percy Jackson in a Target parking lot revealed that the demigod was hearing prayers- something that Apollo was actually not responsible for, despite what Percy seemed to think.

Summary
Percy had agreed to spend the summer in Atlantis. His mother had been rather persuasive about it, and the growing tensions between him and Annabeth had convinced him that getting away from dry land and taking a step back would do him a world of good.
He had simply forgotten that he had never spent more than two days in a row in Atlantis and that, as a result, he knew nothing about its customs and traditions.
Not to mention that his father would probably see this as an opportunity to convince him to stay, this time for good.

This story is an exercice, I'll post one chapter per day through the year !
A few warnings before you read, I'm mainly basing this on the timeline of the books, not the series. Because of this, Percy is now legal, Annabeth is working on architectural plans for Olympus, and I intended to focus on the undersea family. There is absolutely no Annabeth bashing in this story !

Annabeth doesn’t look him in the eyes when she asks, “Did… someone hurt you? Like that?” There’s a pause over the word someone, like she knows who to place her bets on but doesn’t want to say his name out loud. The sound of it might shatter Percy. Percy has told her about him, knows vaguely of his no-longer existence. Knows what Percy’s mother did in retaliation. The irony of using Medusa’s head to be rid of him is not lost on Percy now that he’s older and understands.
No wonder his mother was always adamant that Medusa was the victim, not the monster, of her own story.

Gabe sexually abused Percy as a child, and now he has to navigate his relationship with Annabeth, figure out how to talk to his mom, and recover from his mental break from Jason's death all at once.
