Grian was new to the Hermitcraft server, and starting in season 6 wasn’t going to be a walk in the park, especially since many of the others had considerable experience. Little did he know, however, that all the hermits were eager to make an impression on him.

Summary
Grian bit his lip. The responsible, reasonable option would be to swallow his pride, take Sam by the shoulders, and keep him upright while looking around the house for Taurtis. Grian was the oldest by two years, and if he did that right now, he’d be acting like it. A safe, predictable student.
However, looking at Sam’s crooked form, Grian found he wanted to stay. He felt like a sailor, called towards the faraway beam of a lighthouse. Sam’s pale skin glowed in the sparsely lit room, and Grian found it all too easy to step towards him and lead them both back to the bed.
OR
Grian is none too happy about being stuck at a house party. Him and a drunk Sam somehow end up alone in a room together.

Ah. That was what he wanted. He had missed the way Etho’s mouth twisted around his name, drawing out the vowels and adding an underlying fondness no matter the context.
“Eefo.”
Etho’s eyes crinkled again – god he was easy to please, wasn’t he – and Joel still didn’t fully understand the exchange they were having. What he had realised, however, was that he really wanted to pull down Etho’s mask, wanted to see if his eyes could shine with more than amusement.
OR
It's Joel's birthday and he's drunk and he's wanted to kiss Etho for months. Maybe tonight is the night he'll actually do something about it.
