Summary
Court and Damien start making jokes about how they “share” Shayne, and how it’d be funny if they like, pretended to be cheating with Shayne. Enter, the challenge: they make increasingly intense moves on Shayne and he has to avoid either of them finding out as it happens. At first he thinks it’s ridiculous, but the longer they go on about it, the more he finds himself elbow deep in the idea. If they find out, it’s punishment time for a week. But the longer he can keep it going, the better reward they’ll have for him at the end of the month. As soon as that’s on the table, he’s all in.

Pretty standard night, all things considered, but Kristen ends up on high alert making sure that Gorgug doesn’t need his hoodie back. Which means when his gaze starts lingering on someone on the field, she takes notice. When his heart rate spikes when someone waves up at the bleachers, and he waves back half-heartedly, his cheeks a slightly darker green than they normally are, she notices that too.
Gorgug notices a lot of things. Kristen likes to notice things about him too.

If Daisuke cared enough to imagine what Wealwell might do to get on his good side, he may have expected a speech about the quality of a Biffmore education, or some boring, technical explanation of the strength of his ‘reposed stances,’ or even an entitled history of the Gotch family’s contributions to Comfrey’s expeditions over the years.
In a million years, he never could’ve expected Wealwell to sink to his knees in front of him, laying his palms over the thighs of Daisuke's dusty trousers.

Summary
When Fabian told him that he had written a letter to be read in case of his death, Riz wasn’t sure he ever wanted to read it. He had been in the process of digging Fabian out of his own grave and he hadn’t wanted to admit that Fabian was anywhere close to death. If Riz put the letter out of his mind, maybe he could pretend like he and Fabian didn’t live the kinds of lives that put their mortality to the test almost every day. He could pretend like Fabian was never going to die so he would never have a reason to read the note.
But, once Fabian was safely above ground, Riz became consumed with thoughts of what was in the letter. He needed to find it and see what Fabian wrote to him, what he deemed important enough to be in a post-mortem memorandum.
Riz carefully unfolds the parchment and reads its words twice over.
