Summary

When Cal had said her name, Persephone James, Elliot had felt something in his chest tighten. The first thing he noticed was the change in her posture. There was less sharpness in it, less of the coiled readiness she carried in Manhattan.
There were curves in her body now where there had once been angles. Along her hips, in the line of her waist beneath the flannel shirt. Her hair had grown longer and fallen forward in bangs that framed her forehead, brushing just above her lashes.
