Green eyes were covered by fluttered lashes again as Cleo growled at him, Abolish just barely catching the movement before rummaging around through his bag. “I have some potatoes but that’s about it.”
The ghost of a sad smile passed over Legundo’s face. “I- ehhh that’s… not gonna help me much.”
Right. He should’ve figured. Vampire and all. Hmmm.
In the end it was Abolish’s ears that caught the smallest intake of air, snapping his head towards Legs just as the man giddily mumbled, “I think I’m gonna pass out.”

Cleo turned her head, eyes still squeezed. She didn’t respond, but heard the spirit shift. Metal clicked against metal somewhere out of sight, maybe around his neck or back.
“If you will have me, Cleo… take my ties and silks and draw them off. Undress me as you would a mortal man, and I am yours.”
“Undress you?” The words left her in a whisper. “Is such a thing sacred?”
“Yes,” he breathed, and Cleo shuddered despite herself. He gripped her arm, pulling her in. “To take my silks is to possess my heart and soul, as the skins of seal-folk. You remember, of course, how the god of travel and arts stripped the god of war and sky. Make a mortal thing of me.”
Cleo has never seen her husband; the father of her children. He only visits in the dark.

There are many ways something can be more than a player. Gods. Voids. Creatures. Those that are born as more, or those that are born as players. Known and unknown, obvious or not, there are many entities that are more than players.
Hermitcraft is home to many of these creatures. Sun god, Voidwalker, anchient builder, Joe Hills.
Mumbo Jumbo is not one of these creatures. He is a plain boring human who likes to do redstone. Mumbo just has some weird quirks, but in a group like the hermits, a couple small things is barley noticeable.
Turning into a god is a slow process, and unbeknownst to anyone, Mumbo hasn't been fully human for a very long time.

He can see that his friends want to help, he can see that Uncle hurts inside when Zuko doesn't eat, but he hasn't figured out what else to do about it.

Imprisoned on Zhao’s war ship, Sokka and Zuko have to work together to survive. They are not very enthusiastic about this prospect.

Thankfully, the Water Tribe boy isn’t looking for a response. “Not even four hours ago, Katara was the only thing keeping you from bleeding out on the pier. You’re probably just minutes away from being back where you were then.” He accentuates his point by gently applying more pressure to Zuko’s injury. Fucking ow. “You need them. If you want to stay alive, you don’t try anything. Okay?”

When his ship explodes, Zuko isn't so lucky to get away unscathed. No amount of firebending can protect him from the solid steel the explosion launches everywhere. His ship is lodged in his chest, and he can't breathe. He must rely on the Avatar to do it for him.

Hakoda glances up the hallway, like perhaps Katara will appear and take over dealing with the prickly teenager. Of course, his daughter is off treating injured refugees with the Avatar, and Bato is still staring at him expectantly, arms crossed.
“Fine,” He sighs, and he claps Bato on the cheek before heading into the room.
