    Immediately following the battle with Mandroid to save every transformer on Earth, the entire Malto family is tired, battered, and a little traumatized, but hopeful for the future. Now, there's a lot of cleanup to do, and... paperwork? Now that G.H.O.S.T is no longer meddling, the leaders of the Autobots (Optimus and Elita) and the leaders of the Decepticons (Starscream and Soundwave) are finally able to officially put an end to the war by negotiating a peace treaty. The terrans are ecstatic. Alex is thrilled. Starscream is impatient. Optimus has a headache.

    Finally, it seems like cybertronians and humans will be able to exist together on Earth in peace and harmony... hey, wait, what's this about G.H.O.S.T retreating into the shadows to continue their evil schemes, with a mysterious new benefactor? And a 'ghost' from the past making a reappearance? What the hell, man. Just when we thought we could relax.

    (AKA the first 'episode'/ season premier of a rewrite of Earthspark season 2, starting right from the end of season 1. No timeskip)
