Summary
In the treetop city of Iacon, songbirds like Ratchet are prized for their gifts and dismissed for their supposed fragility, told time and time again they cannot be trusted to survive on their own beyond the safety of the city's branches. As CMO, Ratchet has spent his entire life ignoring that assumption, throwing himself into danger for every patient who needed him.
