Summary
Keito finds himself caught between two worlds, one that we're all familiar with, and the world of yokai. In this alternate version of the world he knows, familiar faces bear unfamiliar forms, and He'll be stuck in a game of dimensional tug-of-war between two Eichi's who want nothing more than to never lose their best friend again.
On top of this Keito is forced to take on the role of taking care of and trying to help the yokai around him, especially those that live in this worlds version of his temple he called home not that it's even functional as a temple anymore.
At least maybe he can turn this abandoned ruin into a home. Maybe. If kitsune eichi doesn't make him his unwilling platonic sugar baby first. Or is it more like a pet? Keito's not sure but he's pretty sure the answer is whichever one would irritate him the most.Bookmarked by syacho

Kaveh arrived in the living room just in time to see Alhaitham, his face expressionless but his tail waving, slowly tip a vase over.
"... What are you doing?" Kaveh asked. He was a little upset. The vase was ugly, but Alhaitham had looked so pleased when he bought it.
"I don't know," Alhaitham said. He bent down to peer curiously at the shattered vase. That tail danced away, raising the back of his shirt enough Kaveh could see a bare, well-formed ass, attached to two very long legs.
He was wearing one of Kaveh's loose shirts. And nothing else.
Alhaitham's curse—yes, the one that gives him cat ears and tail—still hasn't lifted. Both Alhaitham and Kaveh are dealing very well with this.

"Don't give up fool," He heard a voice say, still cracking and awkward sounding like a boy in the throes of puberty—a boy his age.
"Live," the boy whispered as the warmth cradled him and held him close. A devastated sob escaped his bruised and bloody lips, his paralyzed fingers twitching as they tried to reach the boy.
