Summary
“We are not killing this universe’s Palpatine, Luke. What we need to do is get home,” Leia says, pinching her brow. “I have work to do in the Senate—Mon Mothma needs me, Luke. I can’t just frolic off between dimensions murdering Palpatine as some kind of twisted but extremely satisfying therapy, alright?”
“You can’t—” Luke makes a face. “Leia, killing Palpatine was a group effort. Even if you’re the one who actually takes him out, I need you to credit me. You’ll hurt my feelings otherwise.”
Leia punches Luke in the gut. Hard.
(Or: Luke and Leia are somehow hopping dimensions set years back in the past, where the Clone Wars were still taking place. Luke really wants to keep killing various Palpatines, and hey, killing Palpatine saves everyone a lot of grief in the future anyway. Leia really wants to go home and maybe strangle her brother, and hey, he probably—no, he definitely deserves it.)

Summary
Bo-Katan takes one look at Ahsoka and her glassy eyes before cursing in Mando’a. “Oh for kriff’s sake—really?!” she demands.
“Bo,” another Mandalorian murmurs, placing a hand on her arm. “They’re her vode, c’mon.”
Bo-Katan throws her hands up in the air, scowling. “Fine! Fine.” She makes a vague, aggrieved gesture at Ahsoka. “Go… do whatever it is jetii do. Be mushy.”
(Ahsoka really had missed Anakin, Obi-Wan, and the 501st, and frankly, they had missed her too. But that problem can be easily solved—with hugs. Lots and lots of hugs.)

Summary
Let’s talk about a Susan who never moved on, who buried her family in English soil and spent the rest of her life trying to find her way home. She did not believe lions were kind, but she always remembered a bow in her schoolgirl hands.
She looked in every old wardrobe she came across. It was casual, everyday– the first day in a new lecture hall, she checked the back of the coat closet. Friends had her over for Christmas dinner and she excused herself to go the bathroom, checked every cabinet and closet, and then headed back in for pudding. She went home with a cute boy she met in a smoky little pub and she checked his wardrobe before she headed home the next morning, heels in hand.
She also went to college, got a political science degree she had to fight for. She got a byline in the local paper, a few ladies’ magazines, then a larger regional publication.
She had mimosa brunches with friends. She read detective novels, never touched fantasy, and finally one day she stepped through an old stone archway barely thinking about it and–-
She was standing in a treeless plain, all yellow grass and blue blue skies.

Every fandom needs a barista au. Original prompt on the kink meme: "Harvey is (still) a lawyer. Mike is the only barista that gets his coffee order right, and isn't afraid of a bit of intelligent and snarky banter."

(aka 'how to survive endless rebirth with your so-called soulmate')
Harry and Tom’s souls are tied together. Which is why they’re in this endless loop of rebirth.
At some point, they stopped caring and just started fucking with people.
(cracky humor with a hint of seriousness and plot, my specialty)

Summary
There was another student here.
Tom recognized him vaguely—while transfer students were not necessarily uncommon due to the war, they were rare enough to at least make an impression. This particular transfer student was in his year, sorted into Ravenclaw after an impressively long hat stall. He looked like he might be descended from the Potter line, but he did not share the surname so his lineage was of no particular interest to Tom. Nothing about him was of particular interest to Tom, in fact, and yet here he stood, holding the book that Tom had come here to find.
It would be a good time to turn away. The Restricted Section was restricted for a reason—only books documenting extremely dangerous or extremely advanced magic were stored here.
Tom’s feet, however, suddenly felt as if they were made of lead. It wasn’t magic keeping him tied down, but something far more mysterious like curiosity or even fate. In any case, the delay was all it took for the Ravenclaw to lift his chin and meet Tom’s eyes.
This Ravenclaw, Tom realized, had eyes as blindingly green as the Killing Curse.
