Summary
On their eleventh birthday, Sirius Black and Severus Snape awaken to a shocking realization: they are no longer in their own world. Instead, they find themselves in Westeros, and if awakening in such a strange world wasn’t enough, they are now the twin sons of King Aerys II and Queen Rhaella Targaryen: Rhaegar and Gaemon.
With no choice but to adapt, the former rivals turned twins must navigate the dangerous Game of Thrones while trying to do some good for the kingdom they are now destined to inherit—hopefully without killing each other in the process.

Summary
Terror permeated throughout Britain during the First Wizarding War. Every day there were new reports of attacks, of Muggleborns dead or missing, never to be found. In this climate of fear, there were whisperers of a murderer on the loose, a serial killer who targeted young, dark-haired men. Most people scoffed at the idea; the young men were victims of You-Know-Who, like so many others, they had no need to add more fear in their lives with senseless stories of boogeymen. But one artist living in Knockturn Alley knew better.

Summary
“The commonly called Tragedy of Summerhall emerged as a pivotal juncture within House Targaryen, a catalyst for change that many did not see at the time. This tragedy seemingly precipitated a transformation in the young prince, engendering a newfound closeness with his sister-wife henceforth. Trauma acted as the catalyst, it would seem, prompting the prince to eschew conventional pursuits such as martial prowess or conviviality in favor of scholarly pursuits. Foregoing the company of swords and women, he sought solace amidst the pages of tomes, with Princess Rhaella emerging as his most trusted companion going forward. Their union, devoid of fervent ardor, evolved into a symbiotic partnership poised to irrevocably reshape the trajectory of House Targaryen.” - Jaenya Rollingford, The Couple that Changed Westeros
Severus Snape awakes one day in the body of a young Prince Aerys and Westeros is never the same.
