So what if he was being dramatic. It was very tiresome to have to buy one phone every other day because they always exploded, just stopped working, got transfigured accidentally, or vanished.

Harry Potter is so done with his magic making all his cell phones explode, so he decides to find someone who can fix it. He was thinking of a Wizard, but that wasn't specified in the runic array. Now, he's in Japan and he thinks he's being probably experimented on.
But, oh well, if he makes the phone work, it will be fine.

“There you have,” The bartender surprised him again by putting the same drink in front of him. He blinked. He didn’t know if he could pay two drinks.
“Oh no, I… was just…"
“It’s from the gentleman over there,” they said, signaling behind her to the man he had been blatantly admiring before. He flushed red and nodded to them, who winked at him before leaving again.
Harry’s gaze fell again on the man, the one who didn’t want to be interrupted, going by his bracelet designation. The one who was a Dom and so out of his league it wasn’t even funny.

Harry is trying to have some fun in a Kink Friendly Club in the Chic Zone Of Coruscant. That he is lost in another Universe is secondary. Not having a wand doesn't matter. He's trying to drown his anxiety with copious amounts of alcohol and a healthy amount of sex. Qui-Gon approves of the sex, not so much of the alcohol.

Padmé has already kicked him out for scaring her, and he's in a crisis of loneliness and grief. He breaks down, and Obi-Wan is there to pick up the pieces, even if the weight of Anakin's crimes is too heavy to imagine.
