“So-rry!” The blonde man sings, strolling up to the desk to stand beside Morgan with his arms behind his head and a broad grin stretching across his face. “I got tied up with something at home! I’m not too late, am I?! Let's get this show started!” He beams at Rokudaime and rests his hands on his hips. His stance is proud, Morgan notes–perhaps even considered heroic. “Well, where is he?! I’m ready to meet Mr. Ambassador!”
He looks to his right, then his left, then finally looks down at Morgan after realizing the height difference, and when they make eye contact Morgan feels his stomach flip without warning. They stare at each other for a brief moment. Morgan finds himself taken aback by the bright blue, and the stranger’s expression is wide and curious. He bats his lashes once, as though conveying some arcane message even he isn’t sure of, and blue-eyes blinks a couple times as though he’d momentarily lost focus.
Lord Kakashi clears his throat and gets their attention. “Naruto, this is the ambassador. Show a little respect, please."
A newcomer arrives to Konoha from afar. Naruto, nineteen and aimless, makes it all about him.

And it is him, nigh-unrecognizable without the liquid teal marks under his eyes and the stark white mask framing his jaw, but those predatory, slitted pupils and the shock of blue hair spilling out onto the pillow will never be forgotten as long as Ichigo lives.
So, like any self-respecting sixteen-year old warrior who wakes up in bed undressed with a man who tried to kill him, the first thing he does is scream at the top of his lungs and throw a punch.
Ichigo goes to bed sixteen and scared for his life and wakes up married to a hollow.

Post-canon, established relationship. I tried to write something schmoopy and fluffy and this happened instead. For Grimmjow's birthday, 7/31, a bit belatedly.

Now, taking a second look, at the pink bottle…the logo…maybe Ichigo had missed a couple signs that it wasn’t normal honey. But, sue him, why would he ever jump to something like that? Wait–.
“So,” he starts, feeling tense inside. “When you say…aphrodisiac…”
Beside him, Grimmjow is as still as a statue. “You stupid fucker, Kurosaki.”Or, how a bright pink bottle of special honey affects an arrancar who already has a one track mind for a certain red-headed idiot.
