Summary
After everything, Lucy's life is missing something. She doesn’t know what to do with herself a lot of the time.
During quiet moments, between Agency missions and her barista job, Lucy fades back into Anne’s Room and tries not to think about it all. It doesn’t work. Maybe she needs hobbies. She could get back into sewing, make clothes again — this time for fun instead of necessity.
She’s not quite bored. It’s a hollowed-out sort of restlessness, a strange sort of wanting.
Life without direction is peaceful but uncannily still. Lucy’s always been in motion, so the stagnation feels uncomfortable instead of safe. She needs to get back on her feet, it seems.

Lucy remembers learning of Kyouka’s mother’s last words. Protection of her daughter a demand of her final breath, the last request of an ability made to kill. A parting gift.
Anne was not a gift. Anne has always been a manifestation of Lucy’s juvenile desperation for a mother, safety, and an escape.
A puppet and a playhouse — childish and gaudy, because Lucy Maud Montgomery has never been big enough for what the orphanage and the world put her through.

Summary
Fyodor wants to write scripture about the way Dazai’s hair falls into his eyes. Compose a sonata inspired by the hue of Dazai’s eyes under the streetlights. He wants to rip away Dazai’s mask of false purity with his teeth and feast on the sickness inside the wretched man’s soul.
He is snapped out of his reverie by laughter. The streetlights paint Dazai’s features sweetly, like honey drizzled over freshly-baked shortcake. He’s still leaning into Fyodor’s personal bubble as though it is nothing, as if the walls that have stood for over two thousand years were simply never built. The man tilts his head, amused. “Fyodor, are you feeling well? You can’t stop staring, this isn’t like you. You look a little more flushed than usual. This is odd, even for a freak like you.”
Fyodor blinks, runs sixteen simulations of the most feasibly possible outcomes for his next question in his mind, tilts his head, smiles, and—
“Osamu, would you like to come home with me tonight?”
—takes a leap of faith, for once.

Atsushi Nakajima does not lie.
This mental snag of his leads to a lot of conversational mistakes. Truth spills from his lips like vomit—fast, disgusting, and against his will. The reality of himself is a crushing weight against his chest, and he tries to shove it off by telling people things they don’t care to know. Atsushi wants people to understand him, wants them to see him for what he is. Atsushi cannot even lie by omission. The guilt crushes him. Everyone he meets has to know everything about him, so they can truly determine if he is allowed to live.
(He doesn’t want to say them aloud, doesn’t even want to think them, doesn’t want to lie.
I am a good child and I am allowed to live.)

Summary
The demon, Fyodor, presses a loaded pistol to the underside of Dazai’s chin. He reciprocates the gesture. The two of them lie entangled on the floor of a long-abandoned cathedral. Their bodies rest close to the altar, in proximity and in spirit.
“A double suicide,” Dazai muses. It falls flat between the two of them.
“A mercy kill,” Fyodor counters.

“What use does regret have here, in the space between surrender and victory? This is no longer our game of chess, and it will do us no good to think of it as such. Maybe this is a stalemate. Maybe it’s a draw. Maybe the board has been overturned, or perhaps it never really existed to begin with. We are still both going to die here.”

One month after @hawks_unofficial's initial viral post, the blog titled "Quirk Analysis Blog for the Future", otherwise known as "Q. A. B.", has gone from an average of 10 views per post to an average of 20,000 views per post.
Midoriya Izuku does not know how to view the impressions analysis for his suddenly popular blog, and only notices that sometimes, people actually comment on his posts now. He does not google himself or his moniker and thus does not see the rise in online articles and speculation.
