"What's so funny?" Louis asks, turning on his back, noticing Harry lying very close to the edge of the bed, just inches separating them.
Harry's breathing promptly quickens when he sees Louis staring at him. Louis seems conflicted as he reaches out to Harry but stops midway.
Groaning, Harry holds the extended hand in his, squeezing a little. They keep looking at each other, their hands interwined midway between the bed and the floor.
"Goodnight, Hazza." Louis whispers reverently, still gazing into his face and Harry gulps at the intensity.
Pulling their hands close, he kisses Louis' palm. "Goodnight, Lou."
The one where Louis can take all of Harry's punishments - the shade, the belittling, anything else..God knows he deserves it. But the intensity of Harry's eyes, their secret nightly moments really test his patience. He is only a man, he can only control his body for so long. Will Harry stop him? Actually, he is shit-scared to think of what will happen if Harry doesn't stop him.
