Summary
211 AC. Lord Medgar Tully is dead, leaving Riverrun and the Riverlands in the hands of his eight-year-old son. Prince Maekar Targaryen was attending the funeral out of respect; in truth, he was really forced by his daughters. Hardened by loss and weary of the world, he expected a few days of mourning before returning home. Instead, he finds himself caught in a growing in good old-fashioned Riverland political crisis as a young boy, Clement Tully, inherits the Riverlands while ambitious bannermen circle like wolves around his grieving family.
At the center of the storm stands Lady Luciya Tully, a widowed mother determined to protect her son and preserve authority. Fierce, stubborn, and unwilling to bend, she clashes repeatedly with the equally stubborn Maekar, whose battle-hardened outlook makes him an unlikely ally. As political tensions rise, an unexpected bond begins to form between the grieving prince and the widowed lady. Both carry ghosts of the past, both struggle with loss, and both find themselves drawn toward a future neither expected nor believed they deserved.
All credit goes to George R.R. Martin. This story differs from the original, though many of the characters are from canon.

Summary
You’d never given much thought to how you would die.

You even find yourself saving one prince’s life and owing your own to another — quite the feats to accomplish in your first few months in the war.
Alas, nothing good happens to Starks who travel south.

Summary
Born the bastard daughter of Princess Saera Targaryen and cast aside to grow up in Rosby, Alyria's white hair and amethyst eyes marked her as different. She never expected anything more than a quiet life in her cottage in the woods, far from courtly intrigues. That is until the Bronze Fury himself crushes her house and then claims her.
Now saddled with a living furnace on wings, Alyria is summoned to King's Landing by King Viserys who insists she must be made into a proper Targaryen. But to House Targaryen, Alyria is everything a Dragon Rider is not; unable to speak High Valyrian, untrained, and too kind to survive the viper's nest of court.
The task of teaching her falls, much to his displeasure, to Prince Daemon, another attempt by his brother to tame him. Yet somewhere beneath his irritation stirs a growing obsession - primal, dark, and as unyielding as Valyrian steel. The Rogue Prince has always gotten what he desires, and Alyria is no exception. In his mind, she is his by right, claimed and kept, a possession he has no intention of relinquishing.

Summary
When your father managed to save the king's life during one of the hunts the nobility gathered for, he held onto that life-debt for years, quietly plotting. When Daemon's wife Lady Rhea died, he took the chance to call upon a favor owed. His request? For you to marry Prince Daemon.
In the end it was a sham of a marriage, for Prince Daemon would not even grace your bed in your wedding night, but soon it turned out that was a boon more than you had expected. You got to govern your lands while your husband traveled, never so much as writing to you and all was well.
Until a massive, black dragon crossed your path and you found yourself thrown head first into politics and succession squabbles and the art of dragon riding. And yet, the most irksome thing of all managed to be your husband, who came back into your life, gaze sharp and intense and ever so curious. You honestly really just wanted him gone again.
