Summary
Eddie is a livewire. He’s not sure he’s ready to release and face the creature that has made a home nestled in his ribcage, which squirms and tightens its claws around his heart whenever he’s near Richie. He’s not really sure what the feeling is exactly, just that it is nauseating, and he is hoping that the poorly wrapped contents of a department store bag will satiate the beast at least temporarily.

Summary
Richie supposes it was kind of his fault in the first place. He’d put too much faith into the idea that they were always going to be as close as they were; that Eddie was a guaranteed thing. Which was really fucking stupid of him, to expect things from Eddie and just assume he’d want them too.
