Summary
Darcy has her reasons for never factoring in romantic relationships into her life. She is, after all, a single mum to her little brother - Gabriel, since he'd been forcefully removed from their drug-addict mum's custody (and generally calls prison her home). So, since Darcy adopted Gabe, she's been on a mission to give her brother the childhood she never had, all while navigating the ups and downs of life with Jane and everything that came with being Avengers-adjacent.
What do you get when - on the one hand - there's a die hard commitment-phobe (Darcy) and an honest to god, old fashioned traditionalist (Bucky)? Puts new meaning into the paradox - unstoppable force meets immovable object.
Which begs the questions - is Darcy truly immovable, or is Bucky an unstoppable force?
