Summary
Leviathan hasn't texted you his plans for the afternoon, and he hasn't shown up to class either. His radio silence worries you, and you doubt that any of his brothers are going to check on him.
Taking a cue from TSL, you take the initiative to leave RAD to check on your true companion, and to your surprise, he's turned what was probably a weak cold into something worse by pulling an all-nighter.
He tries to put on a tough act, but he can't resist the fact that his best friend was the only one who came for him.
And to be fair, you can't resist the chance to take care of him.

“Soooo,” Ryuji began, voice ominously beginning to increase in volume. “Is anyone going to tell me how the hell you two know each other?”
Seeking to prevent any eardrum damages, Akira answered quickly. “Goro and I went to college together.”
“That’s correct,” Goro said, enigmatic smile back on.
Akira waited to see if Goro would continue, but when it seemed no addition was forthcoming, he decided to drop the bomb himself. “In fact," he began carefully, "we used to, ah... date.”
“Wait,” Ryuji said. “WHAT?”
At an old friend's wedding in Venice, Akira Kurusu runs into the last person he expected to see, which would all be well and good– if he could just work out how he felt about it. And if the person in question wasn't his ex-boyfriend.

“Joker, you’re burning up-- you’ve lost way too much blood. Why did you come here, and not the hospital?”
In retrospect that was perhaps a stupid question. Joker couldn’t just stumble into a hospital and expect to be helped without also being promptly handcuffed to his hospital bed. However, what Joker’s actual reply was genuinely surprised Goro. His reply wasn’t snarky, it wasn’t flirtatious. What issued from his mouth was an honest, genuine tone paired with a bleary, feverish smile.
