   Summary

   Ryland Grace is in desperate need of money when Rocky suddenly reminds him of a fully furnished guest bedroom he never uses and decides to rent it out.

    

   It just so happens that the person he chooses as a tenant shares the same last name as him and is an incredibly odd individual who refuses to tell Ryland anything about his past.

   His life completely changes afterwards.

   Summary

   Grace opened his eyes and began to move again, and his gaze fell upon what he thought was perhaps the most gorgeous man he had ever seen. Thick black wavy hair was partially tied at the back of his head with small, unruly strands loose and free around his face. His beautiful dark eyes briefly looked over and Grace’s already flushed face warmed further.

   And suddenly his own stupid feet were tangled beneath him. Grace almost felt as if this man had severed the connection between his brain and body, as his usually rapidly firing pace was merely static and silence. Grace landed face down on the floor and decided to just accept his cruel fate.

   Even this floor smells of flowers!

   Or the bloodymary flowershop au in which both Grace and Simon are hopeless, and hopelessly infatuated with one another.
