Summary
Harmony Potter's only escape from the awful Dursleys is her school and her friends, Carrie and Anna. With their help, she hatches from her egg. When Harmony arrives to the magical world, they've never heard of trans people before, but that's not going to stop her.
I'll be putting my own spin on the trans!Harry concept, and I'll emphasize trans joy in the face of an unaccepting world. I'll be following the original text fairly closely, at least initially. I'm also trying to address and/or cut out many of JKR's bigotries along the way. See the end notes of each chapter for bigotries removed.
Clarification: This is a spitefic, not a fanfic. JKR is a terrible, bigoted, transphobic, and hateful person, leading a political movement that actively harms trans people day in and day out. The original texts contain the seeds of what she would go on to do. If you like this work, please never buy anything she profits from.

Zahna is a young adventurer who has been burned out by how easy and meaningless adventuring has gotten while wielding an Echoblade. Aletha is a dungeon that has withered over years from a lack of meaningful adventuring. When these two very different women collide, sparks fly that threaten to set the world ablaze.
The Dungeon that Loved Me is a human-written slow burn sapphic dark fantasy that will feature explicit sex with monstrous characters. It definitely is just a fantasy story with no allegory at all.

In the dying months of humanity's resistance efforts against an overwhelming alien invasion, a struggling, depressed Jump Technician aboard the Terran Catastrophe-class Battlecruiser Indomitable meets a hypercompetent alien bioengineer with self-confidence issues and a lifetime of trauma to deal with. In the ensuing chaos, they end up stranded alone in distant space with nobody to save them but each other.
Set in the 'Human Domestication Guide' shared universe, a kink setting with far more worldbuilding than you'd expect focusing around a precursor race trying to save the universe the only way they know how: individual love, care, and attention for all the beautiful and diverse creatures within it. Also turning a bunch of them into blissfully controlled obedient pets.

As their martial schools need a marital union to ensure a prosperous future, the two families decide that Ranma would be best paired with Akane, who would rather continue her training than figure out why her heart beats at the idea of an union with a girl… or at least someone that appears to be one half the time.
Will Akane Tendo and Ranma Saotome manage to untangle their true desires out of all the expectations dropped onto them? -

Learning magic is never easy, especially when transitioning against the wishes of an obstinate old headmaster, so hopefully such worries are unfounded. Unfortunately, nothing is ever quite so simple in the wixen world.

Summary
