Summary
Inspired by Something Like This by Emmagrant01, this quick fic is an alternative look at how Jack might deal with a New Year's if it ended with Bittle in someone else's arms. The story features Taylor "Whits" Whitton, an OMC created by Emmagrant01, who is about to find out what Jack's been keeping to himself...And it's not pretty.
Written hastily as I waited with bated breath for an update a few weeks ago. Posted as we wait for Chapter 18 and the fic canon fall out of New Year's Eve. I need to read about a happy ending!

Summary

Following the narrative of Closer (2004), but also loyal to the events of Sherlock and Skyfall, John Watson meets Sherlock Holmes on the streets of London. Then he meets Q on a case, which... is a complication. Q and Bond meet thanks to John, who lives to regret it. All tangled up together, it's not clear whether truth and love ever have something to do with each other.

This bolt," he tosses it to Yusuf and it lands in the dirt by his knee, "it killed me yesterday, but I woke up many years from now. I lived several lifetimes in those places before returning here and pulling it from my neck."
Nicky's lives and deaths are different. He is unstuck from time - at every death he revives into a different point in his life. Each time he is struck down he wonders, will he awaken to deserts and swords? Will it be gunshots in cities? Joe and Nicky build a fractured life together, falling in love across two different sets of centuries, then patiently waiting for the other to fall in love too. He meets the rest of their little family out of order, but they still build a family around Nicky's involuntary time-traveling.

Featuring: bruise sucking! Deepthroating! Intercrural! Shane removing Ilya's clothing with his teeth! Edging! The boys being extremely goofy! And so much more.
They shuck all their clothing off—Shane doesn’t even bother to fold his, he’s too hungry, too impatient—but as he moves to pull Rozanov towards him and into bed, he’s arrested by Rozanov’s grip on his forearm.
He follows the direction of Rozanov’s gaze and finally remembers: the bruise. He hasn’t paid much attention to it. Hasn’t felt it, really, since Rozanov has stepped into the room.
It’s a real beauty, about the size of his palm, and dark purple-blue. Rozanov is staring at it like he’s hypnotized.
“I did that,” he says, half question, half statement.
“Probably,” Shane says.
“No, it was me,” Rozanov says, and this time he sounds absolutely certain. He brushes gentle fingertips over it; Shane shivers.
