Dan's back hit the floor, the air kicked out of his lungs by the force and the surprise of the tackle—leaving just enough for a chuckle to escape—and his arms loosely wrapped around Phil's body pinning him to the green, messy, carpeted floor.
He barely registered Phil's own laugh—because then, two lips promptly pressed against his, the contact wandering between shy and impulsive, both overthought and thoughtless.
Dan forgot everything from the still-filming camera pointed at them to the pair of underwear pressed against his back on the floor. He even forgot what to do for a few seconds.

"What I mean is, I imagine it as pressure, you know?" He didn't know himself. He had two degrees but pressure was part of none of them. It didn't matter. "The more you keep the valve closed, the more chances you have to explode—or, I guess, in your case, to get drunk on an entire bottle of wine and cry alone on our balcony."

Summary
To say Phil was glad to be hidden by their kitchen island from the waist down was truly an understatement.
They had filmed Sister Daniel's arrival at least three times but all attempt was ruined by Dan breaking character and laughing at Phil's reddened face.
He couldn't help it, was the thing, though. Sister Daniel allowed Dan to explore a whole new other side of himself and Phil was here for it. So if he was turned on by his boyfriend being able to freely express himself, then sue him. Sister Daniel was dominant, intimidating and confident and Phil was folding hard. He was folding and hard.

Apart from the early hour—past seven—and the unfamiliar room, all of this was their routine. Waking with each other, limbs tangled enough that they couldn't tell which leg was whose, hands almost reverently exploring skin like it was the first time. Conversations about Buffy or DDR or Phil's numerous childhood anecdotes Dan was sure he would still be surprised by in a few years.
They were used to it, it was their usual morning—well, normally, it was around noon, but still.
Dan wouldn't trade it for millions of pounds.
