Then, they shuffle aside, allowing him a glimpse of what they were protecting.
It is not a baby creeper; paws big and clumsy, teeth sharp even at a young age.
He sees a bright red flank with splotches of white. Long legs and hooves, flung bedraggled to the side. Wilting petals; blossoms curled from the cold.
A human torso and head. Golden curls, wreathed in more flowers; a laurel crown. Eyes as blue as a clear summer sky.
Sam’s breath hitches, and he takes a step back, a paw raised in confusion as he stares down at a shivering moobloom centaur.

Summary
Now that Bruno is almost thirty and the only triplet to not have found someone to 'settle down' with, Alma is pressuring him to get married. So far he hasn't shown interest in the few suitors that his mother has suggested and fears that he may never find the one.
One night, in a sleepless panic, he decides to use his gift to see if he will one day make his mother proud and find someone who understands him- to see if he can find that happiness that his siblings and so many others had seemed to find... And then he sees you in his vision.
However, this flicker of hope quickly begins to dwindle when he discovers you're family hate his and view them as rivals.
