Summary
Twst demon au!
Yuu sees things that aren't normal. Things that aren't natural. Not human.
From a young age Yuu knew they weren't normal and that didn't matter, they had their teacher to help them hid their unusual behavior and hide the fact they could see past a demons glamour and hid the fact that they were a witch.
But their teacher is gone now, miss and who knows where. Leaving Yuu a book filled with names and information behind different demons, a card leading to a bank account, and a letter saying good luck.
And so, with a new city and a new job working for a man who pretends to be a medium Yuu maneuvers through their abilities and the different demons intrested in making a deal in exchange for their soul.

"Hot, humid air. It sticks to their skin like a wet blanket. Beads of sweat start to form on their neck as they stare up at the sky. They lay on their back, hard gravel underneath them. Dark clouds are looming above them in the sky, almost circling in on them. Like they’re the center that the clouds need to get to.
Everything feels far away. Fuzzy. Disconnected."

Yuu thought they were dead when they first got to Twisted Wonderland, which went against everything their parents had taught them: there is no afterlife. Once you die, you decay. But after being stuck for three years on a jungle island filled with clones of ancient dinosaurs that are trying to kill them, Yuu welcomed the idea of an afterlife if only for peace of mind.While they learned that they are very much still alive, Yuu can't help but view this new world as a sort of heaven. They're free from that island and the life they had before that. They gained so many friends, and hell, the Phantoms had nothing on a velociraptor pack.
That is, until a Mirror sucks them into a replica of Yuu's worst nightmare.
