“You wrote a ballet accompaniment to your song,” Izumi murmurs in a voice so quiet he wonders if Leo was even able to hear him.
“It’s not very good,” Leo laughs a little. “I’m a composer, not a choreographer, after all. But when I thought about how you wanted something majestic, I couldn’t help but picture you dancing across this stage, so graceful and beautiful that even the grandeur and splendor of this building paled in comparison, and it gave me the inspiration I needed to keep going.”
