a short story i wrote after getting a little bit into the explorers of sky post-game and feeling a little...empty.
your partner pokemon says barely anything. its the same, basic dialogue, over and over again. running up sky peak, trying to help somebody, and your partner doesn't have anything specific to say about the stressful situation. they just encourage you to keep going, in that same normal way.
...what if there was a reason for that?
takes place after luminous spring and the shaymin village adventures, but before everything else, because i haven't gotten any farther in game.
quite short, very messy.
