Summary
Looking around at his surroundings, Diluc seemed rather screwed. No clue as to who might have taken him, or why he was there, escaping seemed rather impossible due to his lack of vision, weapon, and information, and all he had were fuzzy memories from before waking up.
Diluc gets kidnapped by Dottore, goal unknown, as all hope seems lost as he is made to face some odd challenges, slowly breaking down his spirit, at least that's what it seems.

Summary
He looks at himself in the mirror and, like how it is most of the time, he doesn’t really recognize the person he sees. That reflection, whoever, whatever it is, stares back like a gaunt and empty husk of a- a thing; its features distorted just enough that Kaeya feels the hairs raise on the back of his neck whenever he looks at it. He doesn’t know when he stopped looking like himself, like a real human being, but it’s been a long time since he’s truly inhabited this body.
Jean orders that Kaeya move in with Albedo after a crisis leaves him a danger to himself. The two discover themselves through each other.

Summary
Kaeya is found by Jean in a storm right at the entrance to Mondstadt, looking dazed and with open wounds all over his body.
She knew what happened; Master Crepus passed away a few hours ago. She was expecting Kaeya to look devastated due to his loss, but she was wrong.
Kaeya looked worse than devastated. Burns covered him, his mind seemed distant, and his entire body trembled, wearing a look of complete loss. Instantly, Jean felt a deep concern for her childhood friend, determined to do whatever it takes to bring Kaeya back to the bright, happy teenager he used to be before the disaster.

Diluc's return... It was sooner than he expected.
He couldn't help but be frustrated as he analyzed the nervousness that the return of the now owner of the winery provoked. It's much more than just a bit concerning that his body instantly reacted with violent tremorsat the slightest mention of the man.

Or, Diluc returns after four long and painful years for Kaeya, where he suffered permanent injuries that left him marked forever. Will they be able to talk and return to what they were before that fateful fight or will they have to follow different paths and have separate lives?
They still have a long road to healing. They just need to find a way to avoid tripping over the stones on the floor.
