Summary
Wu Xie was only six years old when he got lost.
One moment, he was playing near his family's courtyard, listening to the familiar sounds of his grandfather's dogs and searching for his Third Uncle.
He doesn't know how it happened.
One moment he was at home. The next, he was somewhere he had never seen before.
The adults say he must have wandered away from his family.
Wu Xie disagrees.
The roads are different.
The buildings are different.
Even the people seem different.
Unable to find his way home, he spends his days following strangers, asking questions, getting into trouble, and stubbornly insisting that someone help him find his grandfather.
Unfortunately, nobody seems to know who he's talking about.

Summary
Harry Potter arrived in Death's waiting room after walking to his end willingly during the Battle of Hogwarts and expecting oblivion. He soon discovers he's not just a deceased hero, but the unwitting Master of Death – a cosmic burden that comes with a demanding new job at "Death Incorporated." Instead of resting in peace his new employer flings him into another world on the brink of disaster. The Title is a reference to the phrase that appears on his parents gravestones within Harry Potter and the great enemy of Westeros being the Others/White Walkers who are dead.

Harry Potter was sure he had a concussion.
He had just gained awareness of the world around him a moment ago and everything was so – disorienting, not to mention he couldn’t recall anything recent. His sight was blurry and almost black – not that his eyesight was good before, but he wasn’t blind, alright?
He was pretty sure these were all signs Hermione mentioned before.
So yes, Harry Potter had a concussion and he couldn’t move any of his limbs and that probably had something to do with the concussion he had previously mentioned. Weren’t concussions just hits to the brain anyways?
“She is beautiful.”
Fuck.
Or,
Harry Potter woke up as Shikamaru's younger sister and he would be damned if anyone thought he wasn't going to do anything about the freaking system where everyone thought child soldiers were perfectly fine.
