Summary
Daenerys comes to Westeros while Jon still has to fight for Winterfell. Daenerys conquers the Throne, but is warned that another danger is on the way. Jon comes to ask for her help and to convince her the threat is real. Together they must fight their common enemy.
Like so many others I was very disappointed in D&D and how GOT ended. It seemed like an amateurish piece of fan fiction and of low quality even, instead of the multimillion-dollar show it actually was. It was pathetic and preposterous.
For me D&D messed up big time. They tried to portray Sansa as smart, Tyrion and Varys as pacifists, Jon as a hero and Daenerys as a mad murderer and they failed horribly on all accounts. Even if this is what Martin wants as the end in his books as well (if he would ever finish them), D&D still failed in bringing us to this conclusion. The fatal trip of the Hindenburg could rather be considered successful than what those two shits came up with.
A sentence that truly relates to D&D: if you need bullshit to prove your point, your point is probably bullshit.

“Does it matter what the septons think?” responded Daenerys, amusement twinkling in her beautiful purple orbs. “Tell me Cersei,” she whispered, “are there really women in this world who would perform such depraved and wicked acts with each other?” Instinctively, Cersei folded Dany in her arms, and fastened her mouth onto that of the younger woman, who pressed her tongue against hers, in turn. At length, they drew apart, Cersei panting. “I don’t quite understand”, breathed Daenerys, huskily, “Does this mean, you find me desirable?”
“Desirable” hardly does justice to you”, Cersei replied. “I’ve dreamed of this moment, ever since we met.”
