Summary
Over the course of one week, Midoriya Izuku sees his childhood friend turned bully face consequences for his actions, gets appreciated for his skills, acquires a boyfriend that sits right in front of him, realizes that his grumpy homeroom teacher is actually on his side, and tells Aizawa Shouta the truth about One for All.
All of that information, however? It's happening in the background. Follow our hero: Aizawa Shouta aka Eraserhead. Over the course of the same week, Aizawa looks into his Problem Child and his many contradictions in order to not see Midoriya Izuku and Bakugou Katsuki paired together for their upcoming final exam.
During this time, Aizawa learns things he should have known from the start, talks to a lot of people, drinks so much hot chocolate, loves his husband, feeds his cat, gets a shocking six hours of sleep, reflects on his past, and learns the truth about a legend passed through underground heroics for decades.

Jiro was knocking on his door. Jiro’s room was just across the hall from his, and she must have heard Denki completely turning his room upside down for his stupid tablet. His breath hitched and tears pricked at his eyes, but Denki resolutely dashed them away, slapping his usual ditzy smile on his face and yanking the door open.
“Oop, sorry if I bothered you with the noise!” He chirped, shooting Jiro a double pair of sparkling Kaminari brand finger guns! “Just misplaced something, you know!”

Summary
The Hero Public Safety Commission implements a new publicity stunt meant to drum up some good PR. Heroes and civilians will get anonymously paired up as pen pals for a few months. Fans get to talk to heroes, and the HPSC gets to say their heroes are down-to-earth and involved with the people. It’s a win-win. All Might doesn’t need the publicity, but he feels like it’s a good opportunity nonetheless, so he enrolls in the event.
Problem is, All Might’s pen pal writes some pretty concerning stuff. He’s sure the kid is being bullied. And even worse… the ‘anonymous’ person on the other side begins to sound a lot like a certain successor of his. He’s going to get to the bottom of this. And if he finds out somebody’s hurt a single hair on his student’s head? Well… he’s the number one hero for a reason.
(AKA: the dadmight-centric Aldera Faces Consequences fic I’ve always wanted to write.)
