Arlecchino felt as though she was drawing her first proper breath in minutes. Cold sweat drenched her from head to toe. Her sleeveless top clung uncomfortably to her skin, soaked through, while the harsh sound of her own breathing echoed throughout the otherwise quiet room. After the extraction, her thoughts felt sluggish, as though the machine had taken more than just her fire.
“When you said you would ‘kill Dottore with your own hands’, did you only mean a specific segment?”
The 8-year-old kid looked straight at Arlecchino’s eyes.
“—Or did you mean all of us?”

“I still find it baffling that Zandik is somehow the most bearable out of the rest of you,” She said with a shake of her head.
“I think that’s favouritism talking. You treat the elderly differently,” Teen-Dottore said, pointing an accusatory finger at her. Then he paused and frowned. “Wait, no. Everyone treats the old man differently just because he’s old.”
“It’s called having manners, something you are very much lacking.”

At his light hearted jab, the Doctor responded swiftly, “make zero mistake, Feofan,” he pressed his fingers along his jaw, using his thumb to tip his head to look at him once more. “I am not giving you away. You are just being moved to a pedestal more suited to your skillset. You belong to me until we both perish.”

"We also... received this for you. It was delivered to a subordinate today, right after the shipment of supplies was sent to the Second Harbinger’s laboratory."
Beside the leather folder, she deposited a clumsy, irregularly cut envelope, as if it had been handmade in a hurry. On the back, written in bright red, large letters, was a warning: "CONFIDENTIAL," with an implied tone of threat to anyone who dared think of violating the correspondence. Pantalone extended his hand, reaching for the rustic paper to analyze clues about the sender.
Though he already knew very well the identity of the responsible party.
"Very well. You are dismissed."
The assistant made a brief, silent bow before withdrawing, leaving the office immersed in the same silence as before. Alone, the banker slid his fingers through the letter's improvised seal, which gave way without much resistance. Pulling out the firmly folded sheets, he placed the empty envelope on the mahogany table, adjusted his glasses on the bridge of his nose with a light touch, and unfolded the first page.

It is truly a shame that Pierro had the foresight to order the Harbingers to be civil to one another for the duration of the show. If he hadn't, the issue of Sandrone's present company would have been dealt with by the end of the first act. "Has it ever occurred to either of you," she mutters, "that not everyone has seen this play before?"
Pantalone hums lightly. "Opera, actually."
Sandrone is going to kill him.
Alternatively: Sandrone has the misfortune of being seated next to Dottore and Pantalone at the opera. It is perhaps the most horrendous three hours of her entire career.

A series of forgotten voice logs were uncovered in the old abandoned archive that once belonged to the Second Fatui Harbinger: Il Dottore (aka The Doctor). The owner of these tapes appeared to be the designated Segment-459. However, when searched in the database, there were no records whatsoever of this specific segment ever existing.
If you read through the transcriptions of these logs and find something that rings a bell regarding this Segment-459, please let me know.
