AU story featuring an older female builder pairing with Howlett.
** GAME Spoilers***Howlett was NOT killed in the escape attempt, but Logan believes he was so, many of the main plot point of the game still stand as we watch the story unfold from a different angle.
After Nick, a builder in Sandrock and friend of Logan's, finds himself in the right place at the wrong time he ends up captured by Duvos operatives.

Summary
This is a story of my builder starting when she first shows up to the slow burn of her stay at sandrock.
She is scared of a life outside her norm, but knows she has to move on from her family's place to grow up. She wants to help people and after seeing the Sandrock ad she knew she was going to go for it. After everything she tries her best to keep up with what is needed from her. After a break down or two she gets threw it. She finds sir Rock man himself and falls in a slow burn love story.
I mark this as mature because I'm going to make this more realistic. People will get hurt, cussing will happen, relationships will happen....adult themes WILL happen. So be warned.
I'm adding trigger warning for just in case.

What if....Owen was asked to be a sniper at the Battle of Sandrock because he has experience?
It's the eve of the Duvos invasion, and everyone is preparing for battle. Owen spent the entirety of his twenties away from Sandrock, and came home a very different man than the one who left. Quieter, more solemn, and unwilling to get involved in most of the goings-on of the town. Lately, though, he's come out of his shell some. Some say it's the new builder, some say he's just had his time to heal. Regardless, though, his skill will be welcome in the coming fight.
