The Wayward Vagabond is now the Worldhopping Vestige, the last soldier of a war that no longer exists. On a meteor traveling from a dead universe into an unknown one, nobody goes hungry. Some other, less important things happen as well, like the re-founding of Can Town and making friends with alien hero-gods, but that's the big one: none of them go hungry.
