Relationships were foreign to Scaramouche. He had never had a girlfriend before, and he never cared to have one either. Whether he was into boys or girls, it wouldn't matter in the end since he had no interest in finding a lover in the first place. Love, whether platonic, familial, or romantic, was all so complicated. Scaramouche had had many troubles with love before, as a child, he often pondered if he was worth loving at all.
Now as a well known VTuber with a big following. He still feels the same, he appreciates his viewers and all but it isn’t love. Now despite the fact he now had a few close friends, he had never experienced romantic love or interest, so for the longest time, he simply thought he was unlovable.
That was until he met Tartaglia.

Summary
Ajax "Tartaglia" has been troubled ever since childhood. A traumatic event cursed him into an endlessly journey of insanity filled with hallucinations, maniatic and depressing episodes, and the constant feeling of insects crawling everywhere anytime.
After being one year in the asylum Kabukimono "Scaramouche" is hired as the new doctor in charge of him. Even a doctor can have it's mental troubles, but, ironically, he should be locked there the same way his patient is.
Perhaps they're more similar than they could believe, and those similarities may make them notice stuff they shouldn't be.
