the impromptu therapy session had lasted only half an hour. katsuki didnt really remember what he'd said. that was fine, though. it didn't really matter. somehow, sooner or later, his secret would be out and everything would go back to normal.
izuku had just been spending so much time with icyhot recently, and it pissed katsuki off. they rarely included him, and while he wasn't mad that izuku had friends, the way he accidentally—or maybe on purpose—ignored katsuki made him feel useless and unwanted.
once katsuki's secret was finally out, maybe izuku would include him more. maybe he would actually want him around. maybe izuku would finally want him.
katsuki didn't sleep that night either. instead, he scrolled pinterest, picked at his healing scars, and dug himself further into his hole.
or alternatively: vent fic featuring bpd!katsuki x repressed!izuku and it is angst and it only hurts, there is no comfort. originally supposed to be a oneshot, but it got away from me, so now you get 3 whole chapters of pain!

alternatively titled Izuku's PTSD Is Trying To Ruin His Life And Katsuki Is Not Fucking Having It.
An OC x Canon that only qualifies for that category because it features an OC and Canon is… loosely followed.
This fic has character dynamics based on the author's life and relationships. Unfortunately, the author is a lesbian high school junior in America with MANY mental illnesses and knows nothing of mlm relationships other than what their single gay manfriend tells them… and fanfic.
As of release, this fic has 2 chapters fully written and will update every other Saturday to give the author time to write more. If it's not up exactly on time, it's because the author has severe ADHD and probably forgot. In the Harry Potter series, we only ever see the events unfold from Harry's perspective. Most of the main characters are Gryffindor. What's up with that? This is not a re-write of the books, at least not a traditional one. This is All Of The Major Events from the series, written from the perspectives of minor/side characters and OCs. Probably will be very long. Also, I'm re-setting this in the early 2000s.
TL:DR, The events of the Harry Potter series as told by side characters. Will include Eighth Year. Also, I'm changing the time-things. Arc one, which translates to Book One, will be set in the year 1997. Because why not.
Rated mature for possibly triggering themes and non-explicit smut.

An even more realistic answer is that Katsuki is, always has been, and always will be, obsessed with the nerd.

Pops of light flared around him, and Shinso took a wary step back.
“WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCKING HELL?!”
Izuku was making a wheezing noise that sounded vaguely like a tea kettle.
Todoroki frowned as he read the headline over their shoulders, and asked with his usual even inflection, “You had sex while on duty?”
Katsuki fucking exploded.
Life is looking up for Katsuki in the months since Izuku received his hero suit. He’s soared back up the ranks to number five, he’s got a new car, a new apartment, and he’s chasing Deku’s heels once again. Even with the nerd turning down his agency invitation, working together is everything he’d dreamed over the last eight years.
But a new threat is growing stronger in the darkness of society, and when a gossip website accuses Deku and Dynamight of hooking up at the scene of an incident, they have to fight for both their reputations and the lives of the people they’ve sworn to protect.
