"You're the only one... I don't have anyone else. Not anymore," Chet muttered, rubbing his cheek against Park's palm.
Park smiled understandingly, "I'll always be with you. Always."
Park didn't want Chet to start crying again, so he had to act quickly. "Chet..?"
Chet's eyes shot up at him expectantly.
"What if I took you to the bathroom? Let’s get you cleaned up. You'll feel better after that," Park suggested. He wanted to wash the faint smell of cigarettes off his boss.
Chet didn't answer, but nodded.
Park immediately brought his strong arms under Chet’s knees and lower back. He lifted his boss up with one easy effort. Chet hung in his arms, like a fallen angel. He was almost completely limp, but his eyes was glazed over at Park.

Summary
Almost no one. He still had Park. The only person who stood by his side no matter what. He stood by him through endless struggles, tantrums, injuries. It didn’t matter what Chet was going through, Park was there. And Pheem had tried to take him away too. His little lapdog, Than had shot Park in the shoulder and sent him to the hospital.
Or
After episode 8 when Chet kidnapped Pheem and Than shot Park, Park sustains a shoulder injury and Chet helps him. This leads to them confessing their feelings.
