    While Sitara, the slave girl, would go on to the ends of the earth, what became of Muhammad? The bright young scholar destined for greatness? What trials did he endure? When Nishapur burned, how did this brilliant young man survive the ashes of his homeland? How did he go from a student of knowledge to joining an order of Assassins, carrying his intellect to the darkest corners of the world, only to have his legacy overshadowed perhaps by being one of mankind's most infamous traitors?

    If Fatima Khatun can make an entire continent her plaything, then perhaps Nasir al-Din al-Tusi can make the underbelly of the world his own.

    TLDR: This is a fic about the Nishapur razing from Muhammad's perspective, and how he survived to join an order of assassins (God that sounds cool, doesn't it?). I'll try to make it historically accurate, but no promises! I'm trying my best, and taking creative liberties where i can!
