Summary
Klavier was an up and coming musician, his lyre-play unrivaled by his peers but then he got sick after his parents’ death. And nothing could help. So as his last hope he visits the healing temple in Delphi, city of Apollo, God of Music, Law and Healing. There he happens to run into a kind stranger with the same name as the god and finds that his very presence makes him feel better. If only it wouldn’t get worse again every night.

“You are wonderful,” Klavier would say, leaning forward on his knuckles and lauding the way Apollo’s eyebrows drew close. “You are beautiful,” he would whisper, rubbing his thumb over Apollo’s wrist and admiring how goosebumps prickled his skin. “I would move the world for you.”
And Apollo would laugh, the sound like bells and echoes, and say, “Stop it, no you wouldn’t. Nobody feels that way about me.”
Nobody except for his boyfriend.
Or, Klavier and his complicated attempts to court love.
