If there was one thing Ace Trappola hated, it was being predictable.
Unfortunately, he could never be unpredictable with Deuce Spade. Seriously, how could someone know someone's habits and brush it off as "just friendship?"
This was apparently enough for Cater to make a whole photo album titled 'Ace and Deuce Being Down Bad for Each Other'. (Which he did post on MagicCam, by the way.)
"It's called friendship," Ace informed him.
"It's called denial," Cater informed him back, as Ace threw a playing card at his head.
Unfortunately, Cater dodged.
